What is the subscription cycle?
The subscription cycle runs from May 1, 2011 to April 30, 2012. From January to April 2012, the subscription price is reduced because it is near the end of the cycle. If your order is placed online, a discount will automatically apply to your total purchase price when you place your order. If your order is placed by fax or mail, your discount will be applied when your order is received.
When am I required to pay for the subscription?
Payment for the CGA-Canada Public Practice Manual is due immediately upon receipt of the renewal invoice or when registering for a new subscription. CGA-Canada does not ship the product until the payment is made in full.
How will I know that my order has been placed?
If your order is placed online, you will receive an automatic confirmation via e-mail. If your order is placed by fax or mail, you will receive a confirmation e-mail within 24 to 48 hours following receipt of payment.
How soon will I receive my PPM product(s)?
Your PPM Online subscription will immediately activate once you have made your credit card payment online. If you choose to pay by mail or fax, your PPM Online subscription will be activated 24 to 48 hours following receipt of payment. The CD or paper product will ordinarily be delivered within six weeks.
How often will the manual be updated in a subscription year?
There are a minimum of two updates per year — one in late May and the other in late November.
When am I required to pay for the subscription renewal?
The renewal invoice is mailed to you in mid-April each year, and you have until May 31 to make your payment (45 days after issuance). The current annual renewal fees are:

What is the return policy?
Subscriptions to the PPM Online and CD format are non-refundable. The PPM Paper format may be returned for a refund within 30 days of receiving the product, providing the product has not been removed from its original unopened condition. Please note that a $25 re-stocking fee is applicable and shipping costs are the responsibility of the subscriber. Please contact PPM Subscription Services by phone 1-866-427-1407 or email ppm@cga-canada.org prior to sending the Paper format for a refund.
